Ryan ChristoffI wanted to post that I just got off the phone with Steve Rocchi who had no idea things had gotten to this point. He didn't even know they'd lost a card of mine until a few days ago. This doesn't surprise me at all.
The point is, he has made it clear that he wants to make this right and at this point is probably as frustrated as I am at the way this has been handled.
I suspected it might not be a company-wide problem as I have always heard very positive things about the owners and head graders at Global. I'm still baffled that this whole thing happened the way it did.
However it is handled, I will be sure to post the result as it is only fair to give credit where credit is due, whether it's negative credit or positive credit. I feel hopeful at this point that the situation will be made right after speaking with Rocchi, but I'm not even sure what that would take.
