Nah, PCs suck...they aren't even real cards. Oversized, random things using images that you rarely see elsewhere really have no place in he hobby. And the fact that the images used often predate other "cards" just makes things weird. There are also so many team pcs and we all know those do not really count either as they are teams and not the player. So maybe some day way down the line if something happened to the real cards, but for now theyre not really worth the stock they were printed on.
