I have only heard about that Customs Form but know nothing about it?
I have sent only a couple cards south and it wasn't a requirement to fill out anything like that, (unless the girl behind the counter did on my behalf?) and it has been real cheap, even with the current exchange rate.
Are you guys required to go to some place different, other than the Post Office, to fill out a Customs form? I too would find that a PIA if that was the case?
