While I agree that the top of the slab looks like it may have been tampered with, it appears that it is the exact same card that has been in the slab since at least 2009 when it was sold through Greg Bussineau Auctions. The first scan is from when Greg Bussineau sold it. The second is the current listing. I did notice that Greg Bussineau cut off the top of the slab in their scan.
