Default 1993 Upper Deck Gold

I recently made a Craigslist purchase where the seller had 4 Ultra Pro binders full of Ultra Pro pages filled with 90s cards. I had no interest in the cards since they were the typical 90s stuff (91 Donruss, 90 Fleer, etc) but they came as a package deal. I wanted to use the pages for my vintage sets.

There was a 1993 Upper Deck factory set box opened and all the cards had been taken out and placed in binders. I figured I'd put it back up on Craigslist and see if I can get a couple bucks for it.

However, after doing some research online I found that there was a parallel set produced and one was inserted into every case of sets (1 in 15). Recently one of these on eBay sold for $200.

Now my question is, how do you know if the set is "gold". There is a hologram on the back, which appears gold, but holograms are so subjective depending on the angle in which you view them. Unfortunately, I don't have any other 93s with a confirmed silver hologram to check them against. I was considering sending the Jeter RC into PSA and see if they could tell me, but am really just trying to find out if I have a set that I could get some good cash for or typical 90s overproduced junk.
