Bruce BabcockI put together an E96 set between 1999-2002. I found no single card tougher than any other. Only two cards set me back more than $100. Mack @ 160 and Lajoie at 110. Some cost as little as $10. None of these cards were graded. None would grade very high. It was my impression at the time that E95s were a bit easier to find - and more expensive. More big HOFers.
Needless to say, in 2006, closing in on 2007, it's a whole new ball game. Even so, I would guess that E96s are still relatively affordable and available compared to other caramel issues.
