I think the reason you don't see Four Base Hits and K-Bats listed is because many of these transactions are confidential/private. I don't think it is because the cards don't transfer hands. Thant said, it was not the smartest move in this economy, but, I acquired the following in 2008:

Four Base Hits Kelly - SGC 40
Four Base Hits Ward - SGC 80
Kalamazoo Bats Ward - SGC 50
Kalamazoo Bats Connor - SGC 20
