19c H804-15 Question
Does anyone know whether the Red Border Position trade cards (H804-15) were produced by Tobin Litho? (Examples below) The caricatured figures look a lot like Tobin cards (H804-21), but Red Border Position have no producer's imprint.
If you have any information, please contact me at: mpeich12@gmail.com. Thanks for looking, Mike
