Through the process of elimination and geography, I'd guess the 2nd photo is Arthur Valentine. Lightweight from Lambeth, London, England.

I agree on Valentine
I was also thinking Arthur Valentine. I guess he was the English 130 & 132 lb champion. Still trying to find info on the other picture. I appreciate the feedback.
