The bottom one is from the 1973 Wacky Packages series. Not sure if it is Topps or O-Pee-Chee, but these are a popular nonsports series.
I bet if you click on the Nonsports Net54 at the top right of your browser window, someone can identify the Snoopy issue.

The Snoopy sticker appears to be a premium that was given away with Mrs. Karls bread during 1975 (despite the fact it shows a 1965 copyright).
 If I find a confirmation on the year they were issued I'll let you know! Thanks, Scott
