Default Baseball Monthly premiums - m118

The catalog lists 88 of them, but there seems to be 89 different ones, assuming that the 88 in the catalog exist.

The Roberts is unlisted.

Do you have any? Let's see them...

Mine for a few more days at least. Which catalog did you see a listing of these in? (or if in the Standard Catalog, what heading are they under, as I couldn't seem to locate them).

I'm not sure, I looked in a couple of guides yesterday before I emailed you, and couldn't find them listed. I must have gotten my list of 88 from somewhere, but at the moment, I'm not sure where.

I'll keep you updated when I figure it out.

Default Question

Obviously we know Doug is not an attorney, or he would not ask someone a question without knowing the answer

Hate to be that guy that bumps a 2-year-old post, but I just picked up the M118 Ted Williams in a lot. It wasn't what I bought the lot for, and I don't see a Williams on ebay. Commons sold for $3, but then Dick Groat sold for $11.99. Have a friend who collects Williams and wanted to let him get it at a fair price. Is $10 fair? Too expensive? Too cheap? Again, it's not what I bought the lot for, so I essentially don't have money in it.

I've seen these cards listed as both 1962 and 1963. Does anyone know which is accurate?

I suspect a lot of us are in the hunt for the Mays. It's one of only 3 pieces left on my list to wrap up my PSA Master Mays set.

And I will pay dearly to acquire it!

How much does it cost to grade a trimmed one? Do they "trim" the cost, hahaha. It's nice that they let it roam free in the slab like that.

While (most) everyone else was having a blast sweating to the oldies at the National, I got a package from PSA. Including my Mays M118!

Graded at a PSA 4. Since there are only 2 graded, the grade is less important, although for us set registry goons, it just means that I need to find another one that I can get graded higher so that I can take the top spot for this slot.

Congrats on your Mays. Some day everybody's favorite opinion seller will learn that Baseball Magazine had nothing to do with these posters.

Any luck with your Kaline search?

I wonder where they could possibly gain that knowledge? Hmmmm. Let me think. Hey! I know! It says right there on the friggin' poster!

It also wouldn't bother me if they got the year right, but I'm trying to go easy on them.
