Default How the rest of us see Yankees fans.

Ok, not all of them, in fact Yankee fans tend to know both their baseball and their history. But this guy plays down to the stereotype we usually imagine.

Nothing like responding to ridicule for falling asleep at the ballgame by doing the exact thing that's almost guaranteed to bring more ridicule.

And really, a couple questions.
1) Who the Heck falls asleep at a baseball game? (Apologies to fans who are actually narcoleptic)

2) What sort of Yankees fan wouldn't play this into a couple possibly paid appearances on talk shows where he could use the opportunity to say it was because the Red Sox were so boring? I'm pretty sure that's how a Boston fan would handle it And yes, I know the phrasing could be taken two ways I figured I'd leave it as-is since the Sox haven't been all that amazing this year.

Will somebody actually have to spend money to defend themselves from this nonsense, or will a judge throw it out and put the plaintiff's lawyer in time-out for wasting the courts time, before it comes to that?
