Default 1929 Kashin baseball cards w/ box purchase?

I have an opportunity to purchase 16 1929 Kashin baseball cards locally. I'm unfamiliar with the set and the prices they bring. Based on the photo's of the cards and Orange box what would be a reasonable buy price for the lot?

I'll let others comment on the cards, but I once had a portion of a box (less complete than what you show here) that sold for $68 by itself without any cards. This was about 2 years ago.

Default Kashins

Pretty cool item. I find it interesting that Ruth was in every box. This would ultimatelyake his 4 times easier to get than others.

I have a little experience with the Kashins. I would peg the whole group at around $200-$250 including the box......just my opinion....The Moe Berg is a cool card that is probably the best in the group, again....imo.

Agree with Leon on the Berg comment and his valuation looks fair for you to get a good deal...........

It all depends on condition of course, but most of the commons usually sell
for $10-$15, The HOFs (Goslin and Ruffing in your group) might go for $20-$30
and the Berg card might be in the $60-$80 range - so the whole group might be worth $230-$300. The boxes sometimes go cheap and sometimes sell for $50 or so depending on who is bidding. So Leon is probably about right for the whole group and you might get a bit more if you buy/sell individually. Hope that helps.
