Default Any t206 Collectors Under the Age of 18?

Well, sometimes I wonder if there are any other young collectors, like me, who avidly collect t206 cards? I feel that it would be nice to speak to someone of my own age as well. Hope to hear some responses!

Best regards,
Wazoo

Joshua: I'm a fourteen year old stuck in a sixty-three year old's body, but I don't collect T206s in a big way. More of a type card collector.
Best wishes-
Kawika

my first vintage card ever was/is a t206 white cap matty...acquired when I was 14 or so...the beater on the left. the matty on the right was probably the nicest t206(condition-wise) I ever owned.

the under 18 t206 collecting club is an exclusive one...good luck finding members...I commend you on being ahead of your time.

There is definitely one other under 18 collector here. He wrote about some of the T206 cards I had for sale about a month or so ago. New to the game he said, I think he was 16

I'm more than a few years removed from that age Wazoo, but feel it and younger whenever I receive cards! Wish I had the pre-war bug at your age.

I've been reading this forum since I was 18 but didn't join until I was 20. I'm 21 now and have yet to find a collector on this board who is my age or younger. Looks like you are the only one.

I was sixteen in 1966 about the time Lawrence Ritter was traveling around the country interviewing ballplayers for The Glory of Their Times. Some of them were younger than I am today. Jeez, how I wish I had cottoned on to the hobby then. If wishes were T206s . . .

My Brain is not for sale, not that anyone would want it.

I was in my teens when I bought my first T206 card. Kind of weird that I can't remember the first one I bought but I remember my first HOFer was a Lajoie batting that I still have. this last month I had the seller of the card join Sterling. My first PreWWII card was a T202, fell in love with the set, that I still own that I purchased in 1981 (age 17).

Have fun with it all you youngsters and remember to buy what you like and don't buy for the sake you think that you will make money some day on the purchases.

My sons enjoy using my money to buy cards. My 3 year old every morning says "baysebull cuds!" And we look at them 20130215_191135.jpg
