It is from a modern 1980 set. The miscut may have been a intentional creation from sheet stock.

I certinly like the fact that the Ruth is listed accurately much more. Not trying to be cryptic this seller has had a couple recent sales that were listed inaccurately. Maybe a mistake but too many in a short period of time makes me wonder. Especially here on a board where so many take each other at our word.
