Default Ebay Mobile Tip "View Full Description"

When you view an item on ebay using a mobile device you only see a condensed version of the items description. You have to click on "view full description" to see the entire description. If you don't, you may be missing important information.

I figured this out because people keep asking me questions that are clearly answered in the description and I know it is because they are not clicking on the "view full description" prompt.

Good assessment, I would estimate that at least 90% of my responses to potential buyer's question(s) begin with "As mentioned in the listing" as their question(s) has already been answered in the listing. With these users not realizing how the mobile app displays an item's description is the most likely cause of this scenario. I don't use the mobile app for buying, so I was not aware of this.

Yup, has been going on for a awhile now. I've been putting the phrase "Please see full description for all details of this item including condition and additional pictures", right into the condition section of my item specifics for a long time...specifically for mobile app users to see.

Funny, this has never been an issue with my customers.

Typical eBay idiocy. Why would they de-prioritize something as vital as the item description, yet include an endless scroll of irrelevant cross promotion and advertisements?
