How in the world could you expect someone to give an honest opinion on a clearly non-visible signature. Also, why would you ever think about spending that much on a ball that you can't read....I'd pass.

Yup, i get it. I am just trying to get an authentic Ruth without dropping 5 grand...even if the quality isn't great. I know, a near impossibility!

I have one on a multi signed ball I'd sell for for $3,700.

^^^ I would go with this. Hell of a great seller and even better person.

I wouldn't have a Mick rookie auto if you weren't for you, I still love looking at that ball.

Thanks, Tom. I think if I dropped 3,700 my wife would end me. I appreciate it, though.

Be patient and save your money until you can get a better one ....Collections are not built overnight . Quality on an item is better later than regret later on a seemingly affordable item now!!!

+1
I can add to this point as well. I agree that you will not only be happier if you save and buy a quality autograph for a few reasons. 1. You will be happier with the autograph. 2. Should for whatever reason you decide to sell down the road it is a heck of alot easier to sell a "10" and get your money back than it is to find a buyer for a "1".
