Possible NY on the cap but can't tell if that would be Yankees or Giants, although I'm leaning toward the latter.

It's clearly a NY Giants hat, so I'd root through the rosters and pics from the estimated 1950-52 time frame to zero in on who this semi-Koufaxish looking player could be. Definitely a frustrating undertaking.

This is one of those 1947-1952 Gumball Charms that had no names or other identifying info on them. The cap emblem actually looks like Pirates to me, which could fit Berardino, as well, but it must be an uncataloged item, like some others mentioned here: https://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=66836
