Default 1905 Dave Fultz - What is this?

I have had this Dave Fultz card? for around 20 years. Found it in a box at an auction. It is blank backed light paper so I don't know if it was cut out of something else. Does anyone know what it is? Fultz played from 1898 -1905.
It is 4.5" x 6".

Default A Notebook Cover

A notebook cover maybe???? Perforated as in perforated paper? Just a guess though. Nice item whatever it is.

Default black light

You could use a black light to check the paper to get a rough indication of the age of the paper. If the paper lights up it is most likely post-WWII and if it doesn't it may be pre-WWII.

Just a guess but it could be some kind of trimmed down tobacco advertising piece. Perforated could related to an early form of light cigarettes with a filter added.

IMO probably not tobacco related, Cigarette filters not introduced until 1925.

Good catch on the filters. Only other tobacco relation I could think of would be rolling papers or maybe some reference to "cut tobacco." Whatever it is it looks trimmed down from something.

I think the Perforated company is some type of paper company
back then. Maybe even toilet paper.
