The speech is so difficult because it is nothing but non sequiturs, nonsense, and obscure cultural references. There is no context to it.

No, I don't remember the sports, but I do remember divine aphasia. And what about Fartov and Belcher- sounds like a law firm with a bad case of indigestion.
