What is the white stuff on this Tim Hardaway card?
I like this card. However, I do not like the white stuff on Hardaways' face. Can someone please help explain to me what it is? Is it some sort of light reflection?

I doubt anyone can see what you are seeing due to it not showing in the scan, but it most likely is a print defect (PD) or blemish of some kind. It is sometimes referred to "snow", such as in the Bird/Magic RC of 1980 topps basketball.
