the love of card collecting

With sincerely good intentions, would it be possible for all of us, including me, recognizing the following:

1- that to be here at this forum we obviously love baseball card collecting,

2- we hold the game itself (or at least the game as it used to be) in high regard, and

3- we all realistically do, using the definition of love that is based on the greek word for love, "philia", affection based on admiration, benevolence, or common interests... that we all love one another.

Well it might be possible.

Bruce, Jim, others... I'm glad you collect cards, and are passionate about how and what you collect. Go for it, don't stop!!

Not sure I would ever speak for Frank but my guess is he probably feels he's been a little hard on a few individuals lately. I am sure he thinks everyone should be happy and collect what they want to. I feel the same way. I always feel better when there's less controversy going on....regards

I rec'd several used books yourself and the others suggested. I won't open them until the 25th when they'll be new to me.
