Default Sniping Service Poll

Posted By: Dave S

With the other active thread, just curious as to the following. Admittedly I snipe...but do so myself. No sniping service for reasons scary to me(question 2 below). Think maybe these coincide, I have a heckuva problem revealing an Ebay (or any) password! So let's poll both questions:

1) Do you use a Sniping Service?
2) Have you or a family member been victimized by identity theft?

Yes and Yes. I have not identity problems, but my son has his credit card info stolen through pay pal. Never used it, never will. And I always use snipe. Every time.

Yes

Yes (on two different occassions, my wife's debit card has been used. the first time, the bank caught it and stopped the charges. we got a new number, then it happened again. second time at a Walmart out of state, and the money was returned in 5 business days. we think a local restaurant was lifting numbers, so we only use cash now at restaurants)
