What? I'm blown away! Not long ago I was blasted by Mr. Nash about calling this innocent pillar of society out for being not so above board to say the least. This can't be the same guy are you sure Jeff? I'm just crushed all of my hero's are just dropping like flies

His criminal defense attorney Blake Hendrix and his civil attorney Brett Myers of Dallas filed a motion July 2 to dismiss the June 8 order.

Myers appears to be a labor and employment attorney.
