Price of the 1952 Topps Mantle PSA 8? What will the POP be of that card? $750k. Pop will be about 40

Highest Price of a T206 Wagner? 5 mil. Assuming the 8 changes hands between now and then. Otherwise the current highest sale will stand.

1951 Bowman Mays and Mantle PSA 8 predictions? 200k and 350k

Will there be a SGC? Yes

PSA holders will have any new things done to them to make them more safe or expensive etc? Not much. I would love to see them add a photo database for high end cards but doubt it will happen.

How much will A-Rod charge for an autograph $100-200

Will Pete Rose be in the Hall of Fame.. No

Price of a 1983 Topps PSA 10 Gwynn and Boggs?

$1200 and $900. I'm not sure about the PSA (11?) Pristine grade. It's too late in my opinion to add it.

I know nothing about grey back Reisers, other than the obvious that they're rare. Perhaps a few will turn up at once when someone cleans out an attic.
