Default Tough caramel minor league sets....E99,E100 and E222

Over the last 2-3 years I definitely have developed an interest in minor league sets pre 1914 especially the scarcer ones.Presently focusing on the T209 1st series I also in time and budget would at least like to acquire a type card from a few of the sets that interest me.Previously I posted about the T209 and T211's but now I'd like input on 3 sets...all I think are some of the most attractive cards.E99 AND E100 Bishop & Co. PCL and my all time favorite E222 AWH Caramels Virginia League.Lets see some pics and thoughts on these sets.Any complete sets...esp. the E222 in existence?
One question I have about rare minor league sets is price? As anything rarity doesn't always mean value...demand does.Since many of the players never made the Majors,at what point did the demand come in ..especially with the E222 in which you won't find one for under a grand.Sorry if that seems a silly question but intrigues me.
Thanks for any input
Scott
