This came from Argentina after a long, long journey from Buenos Aires to NYC back to Buenos Aires, back to NYC then to Cali. That's nearly 20,000 miles.
It is typical of South American chocolate album sets of the era, printed on thin stock, 2.25" tall 1.5" wide. Photoengraved. Only one I've ever seen. Also picked up this Andre Ward signed RC:
