Default Bustin Babe's Barnstorming Poster

Ok I've got a few questions/comments about this poster. The description says it's from 1927. All the research I can uncover says on Oct. 26 1927 Ruth and Gehrig were in San Jose CA barnstorming, NOT Flint Michigan. I can't find that they were EVER in Flint. Anyone know anything different??

IF and only IF(did I mention IF) this piece is authentic how could it be from 1927??? I know there are a ton of repos out there. Was this a fantasy piece?

This is being sold as "rare and from this 1927 tour". So I emailed the seller and asked how they knew it was authentic. They replied, "the paper dates to the time period and something like this wouldn't have been illegally reproduced at the time." So I responded with, "so the paper's been tested?" and haven't heard a word back.

Thoughts??
