One goal only this year:

A nicely centered 1933 goudey gehrig with nice registration.

On a personal note.. I love to attend the National this year.

Of course there is more that I want to add to my collection, but that can come next year.

Find a t215 Fred Merkle. That was also my goal last year and two years ago.

And find something cool that catches my eye, aT206 Young portrait, or some Grignons, or something else.

I really wish I'd done this for 2015, because I have no idea what my collecting goals were at the beginning of the year, and it would have been interesting to see where I ended up. Anyway, for 2016, in no particular order (can you tell I'm a set builder?):

(1) Finish T209-1 set (currently 13/16).
(2) Add 10-20 cards to 1934 Goudey set (currently 25/96).
(3) Add 6-12 cards to T205 set (currently 26/208).
(4) Add 20-30 cards to 1953 Bowman set (currently 83/224).
(5) Pick up one exciting prewar card unrelated to my sets.
(6) Don't do anything stupid, like buy a case of modern stuff.

My goal for 2016 will be a more modest one than in the past. I would like to finish off one more T210 Series im close on. And hopefully pick up another Richmond Colt T209 or two. I was fortunate enough to add two in 2015.

Great card when you can find one with these attributes. Took me a long time to get one. The hunt is fun though!

I'd like to add,

T206 Matty white cap
T206 lajoie throw or bat with a tougher back
T206 Young bare hand
E92 Matty Croft's Cocoa

Oh, would also like to add a Cobb bat off to finish the quartet.

I usually end up with cards I had no intention of buying so we shall see what 2016 brings.

Yes, I have bat on left shoulder AND bat on right shoulder

...... oh wait you probably mean the Flying Dutchman, not the former Red Sox captain.

should've wrote "upgrade my 520"

I do have a great looking Honus Reprint with a Broadleaf back that I really like a lot!
