Halper Bros. was a paper company. My firm used to buy paper towels and toilet paper and the like from them. One of the Halper cousins told me that when they folded, hundreds of reams of stationery were thrown out or taken home by employees. Obviously, someone realized that this letterhead could be used for nefarious purposes.
