It would be better if those who want to comment on photos or other stuff with pictures do not use the quote function so we don't have to see that same shot over and over

Of course the longer a thread goes, (it's now more frequent that threads go for several days or more) the more confusing it would be for everyone involved, if no one used the quote feature. On another note, it's also the only way to hold someone to their word. So in my opinion, the board would be near chaotic without it. |

On that note
I picked up a Lou Gehrig Charles Conlon Type 1 Photo. I "picture" this as a bronze statue outside yankee stadium. Conlon was quite the dude...

1888 Harper's Weekly full page with Tim Keefe and Buck Ewing. Sure it's a little beat, and the stain doesn't help much. But I can't complain about adding career contemporary images of these two Hall of Famers for $10...And I'm thinking it still might display well...

Personally, I re-post the previous photo when I think it's appropriate. Others might not like that, but the vertical scroll bar is really easy to use. You can blink while you're scrolling and then you won't see the original quoted scan.

Not a rare pennant, but I love the look, the condition is exceptional, and the price was super cheap

You got a great deal on the paperweight Michael...I was watching that one. The broadside is impressive as well.
