Default Pulled 2015 Topps Finest Kris Bryant Superfractor Auto RC

My buddy pulled the card snd sent redemption in. Fed Ex delivered today. Anybody have an idea what kind of prices he can get from sale? Maybe it should be graded. Thanks for any comments, Mike

um as a 1 of 1 autograph of the hottest player in sports collecting, the answer is a lot of money

Not being sarcastic, there is no way of knowing for sure

Perfect answer is to do an EBay auction and start at 99 cents and just let the auction rip

At least $10K. The Bowman Draft prospect superfractor auto is worth between $25-50K, and this is good, but not as good as that one. Agree with Rich that you should run it on eBay while the people are still looking for Finest. Because by the end of the year, Bryant will have about 6 RC auto superfractors and the value will be watered down, IMO.

With a card like that it might not hurt to put it up BIN or best offer, something high, 20 or 25k, and see if anyone makes a decent offer. If it was my card I would start there, then consider an auction.

I'll probably get blasted for adding this but I would also consider cosigning to someone like pwcc or probstein.

And yes, if it looks like it would grade at least a 9 I would send it in.

I'm not going to blast you for that. Grading it by BGS and sending it to either is the best option. He'll actually save on fees by going with either (based on their negotiated eBay/PayPal discounts) and have even more eyes on it.

I meant because of the reputation both sellers have on this board. But I would imagine that route would usually net the highest profit, and that's what I would most likely end up doing. Unless someone made me an offer I couldn't refuse beforehand.

Either way I would not sit on the card. It will probably never be worth what it is right now.

What imperfections on the card did you find? Makes zero sense you don't get it slabbed. Heck, Beckett may slab for free just for the publicity.

It might be "priced" at that level, but whether it is actually "worth" anywhere remotely near that sum will not be determined for about 15 years. Great idea to sell--you don't want to be left standing when the music stops!

Best of luck on cashing in--your timing is right on!

Sell it now before it's worth $1 in a few years.

Default Kris Bryant Superfractor Auto

Card has been auctioned off. Not bad for raw. But an odd winning bidder. 0 rating. Payment or email response hasn't been made yet. World of Ebay

I am wondering what we will all do with our cards when the music stops.....as the music will stop eventually on 95% of the cards in the hobby

(incidentally I don't really count autograph cards as just cards)

Sure it will--just like coin collecting, once the hobby of ancient kings, and now seeing the best of the best items venturing well into seven-figure territory in the past few years. As long as there is baseball, and interest in it as well as its past (and baseball excels in this area far above any other sport), there will be value to baseball cards, with the latter being in direct proportion to three factors: (1) rarity/scarcity; (2) significance; and (3) condition.

Given the above, the music won't be stopping in your lifetime, Jake.
