Not looking for high quality here - VG to EX is fine, or even G on the big guys. Nicer is great, but this was just a fun little set I wanted to build on the cheap. Before I go the eBay route, I'm sure someone on here can fill most of my needs at once at a fair price:

1960 Topps Baseball - 563 (Mantle AS) prefer in the EX to EXMT range

1961 Fleer (Baseball Greats) Baseball - 6,25,27,58 (EXMT or so)

1963 Fleer Baseball - 4,8,27,30,39,42,56,61,64,67 (EXMT or so except on CL - low filler grade preferred)
