Default Question on PSA 6 or SGC 80 T 206

Can I get some feedback on what the average or standard price is for a common player, T 206 Piedmont or Sweet Cap back graded PSA 6 or SGC 80 is? I'm just wanted to know what a fair price to pay for that grade is on an easier to find player and common back. I don't have anything higher than a 5 and wanted to add a 6 to my collection.

According to the SMR Price guide from PSA, here are your common T206 values.

Default Once you hit around a 6

The price can begin to vary greatly based on demand for said common and overall population in said grade. Some are tougher to find in higher grades than others even if the card is as readily available as other commons in lower grades.

Default T206's in a 6

Since you're not getting much input on this I thought I'd give it a try. It seems to me that the more common T206's in SGC 80 or PSA 6 sell for around $160-$190 on ebay if they have Piedmont or Sweet Caporal backs. It goes up from there for tougher backs and less common fronts.

Don't use the SMR price, the values are rarely accurate.

If you are looking for just one PSA/SGC 6 as a type, I would try to buy it on Ebay by bidding $160. You may lose a few but eventually you will win one. Be sure you like the card (i.e. it's not over-graded or visually unappealing to you for whatever reason).

Ryan I'd suggest looking on the Card Target website, you can find examples of recent sales and can sort by grade. Just from a real quick search it looks like the lowest price being shown was $149.
