Joeadcock - Thanks for the kind comment! This is my first WaJo "fix" for 2011. I was the under-bidder on the M101-4 herpolsheimer WaJo in the recent REA Auction, but this one was more affordable.
Best, Val

uh ok, well I'm sure the auction house got it right this time, can't think of many who would describe a Wagner signature as secretarial signed if there was ANY chance that it was legit.

Also... that postcard was on ebay for awhile and the seller is a big JSA/SGC user, yet that card never found it's way into a JSA/SGC holder.

Many years ago I saw the same card described as Wagner writing to a local kid who was picked up by a LOW level minor Lg. team. It's an odd one to be sure....

yes, just b/c the signature is not Hans himself, does not mean that it's not still a very cool and tough pc.

1909 Obak set....finished!

Many thanks to Dan S. for contacting me about this last card. And when I enter my dotage, and am having a difficult time remembering what year this set was issued...bam, somebody wrote it right there on the front of the card. Win-win.

Default WOW! What an Accomplishment!

Anthony.
Congratulations on completing your Obak set. I bet they look sweet all laid out. Even the backs on those 09s are awesome with the Old English look.
Nice Accomplishment

Grader was VERY generous on this one, as you can tell from the upper left corner being quite soft.

Anthony...way to hang in there to get that last card. I had a five year wait to get my final two 1909 Obaks, and Anthony had a hand in both of those pickups. Bravo!

Congrats, Leon. I saw that Fritz blank back two minutes after he listed it, but had purchased so many cards recently that I hemmed and hawed for the next 10 minutes until it was gone. The price was definitely right.
