Default Trivia - Name this Rookie Card

Because of various reasons, this is one of the quirkier postwar Topps cards. A four player rookie card featuring...
  • Player 1 didn't appear on another Topps card until 4 years later.
  • Player 2 was appearing on his 2nd Topps card, having appeared on a solo card 4 years earlier.
  • Player 3 appeared on a Topps card the following year, then not again until 5 years later.
  • Player 4 is the most unusual of the four. I won't tell you what was so unique about the 5 Topps cards he appeared on (it would make this question too easy), but there is enough here to make this question gettable.
Name the card; the 4 players; and the unusual thing about player 4's cards.

No idea but ill sort-of attempt to be the first guess because I like this thread so much...the topps card with 4 Yankee Managers on it? Believe is was late 50's, early 60's?

1960 Topps #465 I mean..doesn't make my answer right but I consider it to be a semi-educated guess.
