Default Pet'm bats

I recently acquired a Willie Mays bat that was part of a Pet'm promotion. I have attached pictures related to it. Does anybody have any further information on this bat? Were there others beside Willie Mays?

I did find a pet'm advertisements from 1966- 1967.

It would be a pain, but perhaps a microfiche search of those 2 years of Reader's Digest copies may find the offer.
