Default Joe Dimaggio Photo

I recently picked this up over the weekend in a large collection. Unfortunately, I'm not a photo expert. Any help or guidance is much appreciated...is this a reproduction or original? There is a faint stamp on the back, however, you can only read the Inc. if you look closely.

Leon, if this is in the wrong section, my upfront apologies...if so, can you direct me where to post?

Thanks for your help...it's been awhile since I last posted, so getting back into it!

Looks like a faint stamp on the back and it appears original.

Appear original, or at least vintage.

From what I can tell tese appear to be newspaper photos with the wax pen markings to tell where to cut or post that size of photo for the newspaper printing. The papers kept most of these in their files to reuse at a later date if needed. Usually they have a stamp on the back for credits saying UPS, or AP or some other organization. Most newspapers in the country had these files so they aren't too hard to find. I have quite a few Yankee photos from the 1920 forward. They are a great part of the history of the sport

The DiMaggio looks like the same pose as his 1936 World Wide Gum card.
