Default Graded Cards with Mislabeled Holder

I know there was a long thread on a T206 Cobb with a piedmont back that was graded and labeled by Psa as a rare Cobb Cigarette back.
Anyway in the last week or so I have noticed a few SGC cards that have been mislabeled. Obviously to a lot less concern than a cobb, but I have never seen SGC label a card as player X and it actually be player Z.
These were both T205's and put up by the same seller. Could these be tampered with or just really obvious over sites?? Is this common for SGC??
Unfortunatly I dont have the link to the card that ended a few days ago

Default Graded Cards with Mislabeled Holder

one of the e90-3 cards I submitted to SGC came back labled e90-2. Nothing too serious since it's easy enough to hit the 2 instead of the 3, but you would thik they would at least double check the info before slabbing it

Common labeling mistake. Have done repeated business with Ralph, top notch guy.

...several times. It's an error. They will re-label for free...I've never had a problem getting a card re-labeled. They all goof up once in a while, and they all will fix it.
