Default Advice on getting packs graded

I received great advice here on selling some graded cards, so I thought I'd take advantage of the tremendous amount of knowledge and experience here and ask for some more advice.

I've got quite a few unopened wax and cello packs from prior group breaks on the PSA board. I know they would certainly be questioned for authenticity if I leave them raw, but at $20 a pack to get them graded I'd love some thoughts on what to do. I'm not really looking to sell, I just want to preserve them should I decide to sell in the future. Some packs certainly make sense to get graded, others are probably borderline. Most are in great shape, some have a little corner wear. I'm not really sure how PSA grades a pack, but I think most would grade 7, 8 or 9. Below is a list of the years/sports.

Thanks for any thoughts, I really appreciate it!

Check Ebay sold prices for graded vs ungraded and see if that $20 price is worth it.

I don't collect unopened packs but if I decided to invest in a few, I probably would only consider graded/authenticated packs. I think they are a much easier sale.

Pack grading is taking probably 8 months at this point. They have to be checked in at PSA, itemized, mailed to Steve at BBCE, who authenticates them (or not), mails them back to California. Then PSA assigns number grades and slabs. Make sure you consider that you might not get them until next summer...

Wow, 8 months! I guess I shouldn't be surprised given what I've read about the delays in their card grading. Makes you wonder how the leader in card grading gets away with such atrocious customer service.

Don't badmouth the Imperial Leader on social media, or they might ban you from submitting...
