Default Yogi Berra signed ball opinions plus.

I just picked this up for a fair price today, and hope to sell it soon on Net54soon. Anyways, I think its definitely real, does not come w COA, but is my opinion accurate? On a Bobby Brown baseball.

Looks good.

It seems like it wasn't that long ago that Yogi was routinely doing the card shows in the metro NY area and signing for around $40. I was lucky enough to meet him several times plus at a free signing at the grand opening of the Yankee Store at the South Street Seaport.

His signature seemed in good supply and I couldn't even fathom there would be Berra forgeries. But lo and behold, I actually ran across a Berra forgery on ebay last week. It was a pretty obvious fake from the same forger who has been flooding eBay with the GAI Mantle, Williams and DiMaggios.

Yeah, Ive seen Bad Yogi's on the bay too, and in person. Plus, there was that hilarious "signed" ball last year or so that I posted on here, signed "Yogi Bear and Baby Ruth, amongst others

I have about 15 or so Berra autos and this one looks good to me. One thing to take note is that his signature is fluctuating a bit these days due to age and illness, especially the B in Berra (seems like when he's not feeling well he goes back to more of the old style B with a straight line). Also his signature is getting a bit slower and deliberate.
