Some are on my new, and badly needing improvement, website. As soon as I get it figured out I believe I will have some of the best cards for sale anywhere. Lot's more of the ones just like I have listed will have a price tag on them (albeit not a cheap one)......No need to ask what else there is because there's a little of everything. I am going to sell most of my dupes (D303's, D304's, D359's, E92's, E94, T-cards, etc) to subsidize some other stuff. Hopefully the site will be improved in the next week or sooner......and thanks to those that have made offers. And as all will see I DO give a return policy. My thinking is that this is a retail site and NOT an auction (ebay) so a return policy is warranted. To each their own.... regards all (the D304 has 2 offers now that are for the listed price...it's sold...thanks)

Sorry, I know this isn't about cards but. . .

    For Sale:

    (2) Two Flags that were flown at Wrigley Field during the Marlin's World Championship 2003 season. Both say "Florida" on them in Marlin colors. They come with a LOA from the Cubs organization.

One has wear and was used during the season and the other is in great shape and was only used during the playoffs. Both have been folded but those can be removed.

Asking $250 for the pair/includes shipping. Image available on request.

I am posting here as to not commit a feux pa (sp?). I am sure I spelled that incorrectly. I have had numerous requests as to what I have that is going to be sold. Quite honestly I have not gone through my stuff to see what is for keeps and not. In general I am a type collector and like to have 2 of everything as I can compare what I have to each other (for various reasons). I am probably not going to make any private deals as I want my website to have some really cool stuff on it. If I sell everything first then "no" website... Once I get it together I will make a post here that all is good and the website is up and running. As always it's first come first served...even to my dear friends. I had 5 people offer me what I was asking on the D304 and the Old Judge Hanlon is also sold. SO far so good.....we'll be talkin......also I am thinking about getting them all graded first too...regards all (relax Dan K. )

Following Leons lead I am in the process of setting up a website with some of my collection on it. Many of the cards are for sale at the right price, but please note that not everything is for sale. I am still in the process of creating the site, and it will likely be a work in progress for some time. I have listed cards in the "19th Century", "Tobacco", "Caramel" and "Misc. Prewar" sections as of this point, so feel free to take a look, and be sure to check it out again when I get a chance to add more stuff. If there is something you are very interested in email me an offer or we can discuss a price for the item. When I get some time I will list prices for some things I am looking to sell. Most items are accompanied by a scan of the front, but those that aren't are due to the fact that I haven't gotten around to scanning them yet. It has actually been pretty fun creating the site, I am only an ameteur at html so don't expect anything fancy, but I didn't use the pagebuilder...I didn't like the defaults they had available. Check out the cards, there are some neat items, like a partial WG7 Walter Mails Game Set, some of the cards in that set are interesting looking. BASEBALL AUTOGRAPHED LETTERS

Cubs pitcher Tex Carleton (died 1977) signed handwritten 1935 letter to Cubs owner Phillip K.Wrigley, with original file copy of Wrigley’s 2-page letter to Carleton. Concerns Carleton’s contract negations. Carelton’s about 9x7” stationary has a small chip and folding lines. His ink neat handwriting is mint. Ex-Mike Gutierrez$50

1951 Johnny Vander Meer signed handwritten 2 page (8x10”) letter to the Cubs, with original carbon copy of Cubs letter to Vander Meer. Concerns contract dispute ($$), with both sides making their case. Vander Meer’s letter is on family stationary with mint handwriting and signature. Ex-Mike Gutierrez$50

1930s-40s New York Giants baseball player Tony Freitas autographed c. 1990 letter on about 7x4” writing stationary. Great baseball content, as me mentions winning 20 games for Stockton of the California League and receiving a car by the Stockton fans. Handwriting including signature is in mint black ink. The paper has mailing fold lines and other minimal wear. Displays well. Ex-Lelands $20

    (9) different old timer signed handwritten short letters and notes, including 1940s players. Includes Cy Bunker (initialed), Paul Hoytak (signed ‘Paul’), Stan Williams (also includes a small Williams signed picture), Dick Brodowski (signed ‘Dick’), Howard ‘Doc’ Edwards (signed ‘Doc’), Ernie Harwell (Tigers’ HOF Announcer), Ed Stevens (1940s Dodgers, replaced by Jackie Robinson in 1947) and Hank Taylor (1940s) … Almost all have GREAT baseball content, as the players reminisce about the game and their favorite moments—Yankee Stadium, Bobby Thomson’s HR, comments on today’s players … All were written and addressed to single elderly man in Florida. Handwriting is mint, some were written on the back or at the bottom of the collector’s letter$75

    OTHER MEMORABILIA

1958 silver plated trinket box awarded to NBA’s Philadelphia Warriors head coach and 1940s NBA player George Senesky. Name and date engraved on the top. Silver has tarnishing and wear and tear. Intact and presents nicely. Ex-Senesky Estate and Hunts Auction $30

    (9) 1950s-80s MLB, NFL and NBA team Christmas/Holiday cards. Official cards sent by the team to VIPs, like other team executives, major advertisers, the press. High quality and creative productions by the Chicago White Sox, Atlanta Braves, Saint Louis California Angels, NFL’s St. Louis Cardinals, Denver Broncos (team picture printed inside), Denver Nuggets and the NFL Hall of Fame Museum. Grade VgEx-ExMt. Display well$35

Thirteen (13) different baseball old timers personal business and calling cards cards. Neat collection includes Ray Partee, Red Murff, Lenny Yochim, Cletus Boots Poffenberger (1930s player). After playing days jobs, incuding scout, businessman, etc. Most grade Ex to ExMt, a couple lesser. One back has the player’s handwritten note $25

Is it just me or has your website gone belly-up? I tried to see what E94 dupes you had for sale but can't access the webpage

I have added more items to my new website (including a new section with 1930's Gum cards), and due to numerous requests regarding individual card prices, I have started to list some prices with the cards (I will attempt to get pictures up as time permits). Those cards that say "Not for sale" are not for sale, but I am always open to proposed trades. Please, take a look, there are many nice tougher types on the site that could take a long time to track down again. Also check out my "Wants" that are listed on the site, I am always buying new stuff, so check back regularly, as I am going to try and keep this site current, as time permits.

My website is down and under contstruction by a fellow board member. It will actually really be up sometime in the next several days with all of the goodies I was talking about. The D304 is sold as well as the N172 but there will be more to come. Tbob- I might only have one dupe of an e94, and that's if I want to sell the only one without one of those nasty overprint thingy's on the back. It is a red Crawford....and is in limbo....otherwise there will be some neat stuff very soon........and once again I want to thank all of the folks who have been generous in offering support. Now I just need to mail this Brunners to the Netherlands for Mike....never done that before....I guess he'll "fly like an eagle"....would ya'll please quit with the songs ....ya got me going later

This post is being done on a friend's behalf. He has the following 1913 Boston Garter Cards to trade: Herzog, Evers and Speaker and is seeking Konetchy, Doyle and Maranville from the same issue. He is an advanced collector and will also consider a trade involving Joe Jackson items or other items of similar rarity to the Boston Garters.

Please contact Frank at (845) 590-6224 on his cell or (845)294-7148 at home. He can also be contacted via e-mail at fore5k@webtv.net.

I will make scans of the cards available in the next couple of days.

    Thanks,
    Greg

Enormous scans are now available on my site...

i have for sale a very desirable t204 ramly card of ed cicotte, PSA graded vg/ex 4 and could have made 5 on a good day. to top it off it is one of the very rare reverse glossy cards as described in Lew Lipsets book, where the sheet was fed in upside down and the glossy coating went on the back rather than the front, leaving the back a fresh white and the front having toned a bit.

a scarce card of a popular player with a rare error.

    $1,500 includes registerd insured shipping.

    scott

I have 75 35mm black and white photo transparencies from a defunct newspaper. Most feature the Philadelphia Phillies Whiz Kids era. Others have photos of Greasy Neale, major league spring training from 1910's, Tiny Maxwell (football stalwart from turn of the century), and other images including some non-sport related of President Taft and his family. Asking $300, but will consider trades of movie and television press photos, wire photos, candid shots, etc., any year up to 1980's.

    David

Always in search of T3 Turkey Reds. I will consider any that you may have. Any grade, any number of cards.

I am especially looking for Dool"in" and Tenney (NY & Bos) variations, along with any 1-76 series "no-ad" backs.

I have a Rhoades or two for trade.

    Thanks much,
    Craig

low grade Eddie Plank card (any pose save for the E-90 ,E106) Will buy outright or, if you'd like to upgrade, I have a fairly nice raw (probably would grade a two or maybe a three if they were having a good day) E95 Plank card I could trade.
