Default Who Let The Dogs Out?

Am I crazy? Do I enjoy being castigated? I'm risking everything by posting this poll, but ..............

Isn't this a vintage baseball card forum? Dogs are great. Dogs prefer ungraded cards for their saliva. Dogs can't pitch. Dogs can't hit. Dogs catch tennis balls, but can't hit the cutoff man. They merely run it in. I do not believe a baseball uniform has ever been designed to accommodate a tail.

So poll choices have been carefully crafted to determine the proper role and location for dog-talk on Net 54. (Hi Leon)

I agree with Frank. This is a card site, topics should be kept to said realms. There is a water cooler section for this type of posting (although I am sure many don't know that as they never stray from the main page). Just because you start a threat with "OT" doesn't mean you should.
Just my 2 cents.

Lol. Just saw the dog thread. It appears to be very popular. The main page has gone to the dogs.

Lock your dog and your wife in the trunk of your car overnight and see which one loves you more in the morning.

The dog for sure. Can't imagine any situation with a different answer.

Default dogs.

okay, it's not prewar, but, if we're talking about DOGS, here's an ungraded Swift FRANKS (hot DOGS) card of FRANK (DOG reference) Robinson and an ungraded FRANK (DOG reference) Baumholtz Red Heart DOG Food card...while both FRANKs (DOG reference) may or may not have been able to pitch, both certainly could hit, more than likely could catch tennis balls, and also could hit the cutoff man if necessary, so...

sorry for so many DOG references, and FRANKs (DOG reference) for reading, FRANK (DOG reference) BMD, and others.

always enjoy your posts FRANK (Dog reference) BMD, so, keep 'em coming.

arf/woof.

Maybe Octavio can go back and edit his original post and replace it with a clever (not clever) title and a link to a fake Wagner on ebay. That would be much better

Leon is a dog person, so I think you're barking up the wrong tree, Frank.

And which one do you profess your love to more in the morning?

If the answer isn't your wife, how many have you had? Wives, not dogs.

Default Wow!

It is a really nice change from the sniping and nonsense that tends to happen on various boards......give me dogs instead of that any time......(Frank- I voted for #1, sorry).

Default Dressen Poodles

Dunno if you can say that this uniform was exactly designed to accomodate a tail but here's Chuck Dressen and Dodgers Mascot Bonnie the Poodle in 1953...
(approximately 0.5 dog years later Dem Bums took the whole Kit N' Caboodle)

If this poll was Scantron I'd probably select F (for All, or None, of the Above) or
just skip the question or take an educated guess and vote A or maybe C or perchance E

Clearly Frank the Doctor was not a Veterinarian...

I am sure all this hullabaloo is because of the photo of my dog wearing an elf costume. I plead guilty, but what can I do...the little booger likes to get in the Christmas spirit.

My friend, Barkley, thinks Deans Cards are overpriced and T202s are undervalued.

How about if we post our dog but
only if we do it with our most valuable
graded card in its mouth or hanging on
It's collar?

Proof that dogs do wear Baseball uniforms and are great ball players proving Frank wrong on his comment. :-)

After seeing this post, I should definitely get a dog!

It'll be great! I'll have another mouth to feed, they'll be loud, noisy, messy, I'll have to walk them...
They won't contribute to the rent, and who better to have around my collection??
It'll be gre... Wait a minute!
