Default PSA/DNA certified

On ebay 1956 Topps card Gil Hodges. PSA/DNA but when I checkout the cert # it only comes back as the card grade and (MK) mark. Ive asked for a quick opinion but no reply yet. Grateful for any help. Sorry, I don't know how to do the linky thing.

Perhaps it's for the ink mark on the back top center.

Probably a mistake on PSA's part. If I were to guess I'd say they entered the card in the card database but not the DNA cert one.
