Default Baseball HOF Opinion

Hello,

I purchased the attached HOF cards from a vendor that I’ve purchased from before without any issues. After sending them in for authentication to PSA, they questioned the authenticity and looking for opinions since I’ve read that some re-submit in similar circumstances.

I am attaching the pictures of the items to weigh in on next steps. IMG_0461.jpgIMG_0462.jpgIMG_0464.jpgIMG_0465.jpg

I see a lot of Mays and B Robinson, and even though Mays has changed a lot over the years they look terrible to me. Also note that the M in Marichal and Mays are incredibly similar and I think one guy did at least those two.

The slant and flow of Brooks is off. Kind of a sad state of affairs when people are forging Brooks Robinson. Sorry to say thay none of what you have pictured are good.

Thank you for the opinions. I’m crossing this vendor off the list and reaching out to them.

All these are pretty clear fakes, unfortunately. I’d bring your concerns up to this vendor and ask for a refund of the items and the authentication fees.

All bad. I think the three HOF plaques were all signed with the same sharpie, by the same person. And I'm betting that person never stepped foot on a MLB field.
