Default Mordecai Brown I.D. Help

Can any of you help me identify this Mordecai Brown item? It measures about 5" x 7 3/8". It is on thick paper stock, but definitely much thinner than a card. The back is blank. I'm concerned it may just be a page neatly removed from a book. I'm hoping it's a premium of some kind.

Paul,

I was watching that too. What made me decide not to bid was the reverse image that was provided. On one side there seemed to be an area on the side border that runs vertically which made it seem to have been removed from a book, at least to me it did.

Looks like it was taken from an illustrated copy of Pitching in a Pinch by Christy Mathewson.

Default Pitching in a pinch

I believe Mrseven is correct. A page from a book.
