Default T206 Piedmont back missing “B”

Anyone seen this before? I looped it and it seems to be legitimately missing.

I see the outline of the B in your photo, but I also see what looks like a rub mark.

It's just rubbed off in my opinion. Like to O in Of also on the back.

Rubbed off maybe… Under 15x loop I can’t see any remnants of the “B”.

There seems to be evidence of some kind of adhesive on the back. Most logical explanation is it was rubbed or pulled off when the adhesive was removed.
