Default JSA Duration

Living 10 miles from JSA, I have dropped and picked up in under 10 days twice. Both times 1 item. This February 15 I dropped off 5 HOF autographed postcards. I called after 6 weeks and was told they will call when done. Is 6+ weeks common from JSA? Thanks.

Well, they have been sold so perhaps that has something to do with it although that only took place and was announced a week or so ago.

However, it could have been in the works for some time and could be the reason for the delay.

Historically I've always been anywhere from 2 1/2 - 4 1/2 weeks, with 4 1/2 weeks coming in the middle of Covid. I currently have a one item drop off thats at 2 1/2 weeks and I won't even begin to wonder til we hit the 5-6 week mark. It depends on their volume at any given time
