Default Exhibit Football New Finding

Hi All:

I collect the Exhibit Football set. For those of you who do, or at least know about them they are listed 1948-1952 Exhibit Football.

I recently was lucky enough to pick up two Exhibit Catalogs. One from 1953 and one from 1955. See below.

The interesting thing is that the Football set is listed in each catalog, which means the Football set was issued at least through 1955.

I am not saying new cards were added post 1952, I would have to do research on the players, teams, etc. to verify that. But the Exhibit Co. was still issuing a set of 32 Football cards in 1955!

Any thoughts, comments? Adam? Scott, Anyone?

Yes, have seen that piece before. What's unclear is whether they issued new football exhibits that hadn't been previously released or just reused the ones they had after 1952.

It would be interesting to see what cards made up the release for that year.
