Default Help ID Whitey Ford "pic"

I am involved in this "special" project and need some help to ID this image of Whitey Ford. Blank back and printed on cardboard a little thinner than a baseball card. Hard to tell from the scan but it is cut out along Whiteys head and cap just like a 1962 Topps "floating head" leader card. I thought it was cut off a cereal box, but I searched for images with no results. The picture is about the size of a quarter.

It's cut off of a 1954(?) Wiffle Ball box.
